Refund Policy

Pro is a monthly subscription billed by Creem. You can cancel anytime. Canceling stops the next renewal. We do not refund the current billing period, and we do not offer a money-back guarantee.
1. Cancel anytime
Cancel from the Creem customer portal linked inside the extension. After you cancel:
- We stop charging you for future months.
- You keep Pro access until the end of the period you already paid for.
- Hosted AI quota for that period stays available until it ends or you use it up.
2. The current period is non-refundable
We do not refund unused days, unused hosted AI actions, or partial months. If you subscribe and cancel the same day, the charge for that billing period still stands.
3. Billing errors
Email us if a charge looks wrong — a duplicate payment, the wrong amount, or a renewal after you already canceled. We will look at the Creem receipt and correct genuine billing errors.
That is not a general refund. Wanting to stop using Pro, not using the quota, or changing your mind is not a billing error.
4. How to cancel or report a billing error
Cancel in the Creem customer portal. For a billing error, email support@yangworks.dev from the address on the receipt and include:
- The email address on the Creem receipt
- The approximate charge date and amount
We respond within 3 business days. Any correction is processed by Creem and typically appears on your card within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
5. Chargebacks
Please email us before filing a chargeback. A chargeback is a bank dispute, not a refund request. Chargebacks filed without contacting us first may result in your account being suspended from future use.
